Your goods are posted from the U.K. All orders are securely wrapped in tough packaging and only the customer's address appears on the outside of the package, with just our PO Box address as sender (not our business name).

Delivery

Our next dispatch date is displayed near the top of every web page.

Please allow up to 5 working days for U.K.delivery before contacting us, 10 days for E.C. delivery and 14 days for rest of the world (except trial mag packs and some orders with heavy books, which will take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive).

U.K.orders are sent first class post (1-2 days) and larger orders by parcel post (3-5 days).

All non U.K. orders are sent Airmail (except our trial pack and books which are sent surface mail to non European countries).

Returns

Magazines & dvds - Return any magazine or dvd in its original condition within 48 hours of receipt for a full refund less our postage costs.

Statutory rights are not affected.

Credit & Debit Card transactions

Your personal details are entered on a secure site and your statement will be billed "Special Orders" with no reference to the nature of the products ordered.
